Terms & Conditions – IOCL Maha Utsav (Solapur Division)

These terms and conditions govern the IOCL Maha Utsav lucky draw campaign at participating IndianOil retail outlets in Solapur District; in case of any conflict, these terms shall prevail for this campaign period and geography.​

Participation in this scheme constitutes acceptance of these terms; entries using unfair means, fabricated bills, or manipulated data will be disqualified without notice.​

This is a limited period lucky draw scheme valid from 18 Oct 2025 to 15 Nov 2025 at 75 participating IOCL retail outlets in Solapur; IndianOil may increase or decrease the number of participating outlets at its sole discretion.​

Eligibility thresholds:

• 2/3-Wheelers fueling Petrol or XP95 for ₹250 and above are eligible.

• 4-Wheelers fueling Petrol or XP95 for ₹1000 and above are eligible.​

The lucky draw is QR code based; the QR code will be displayed at participating outlets; eligible customers must scan and submit required details, and may seek assistance from designated outlet staff if needed.​

Mandatory details to submit after scanning the QR: Name, Mobile Number, Bill Amount, Vehicle Type (2W/3W/4W), Gender, Fuel Type (Petrol/XP95), and Bill Number; fields marked with an asterisk on the form are compulsory.​

Prizes and draw structure:

• Special/Mega prizes and outlet-wise prizes include Smart TV (32"), IOCL-branded backpack, stainless steel dinner set, 3-piece copper bottom bowl set, and 1.5L electric kettle; exact quantities and presentation follow campaign collateral.​

• Outlet-wise lucky draws will be conducted after campaign closure; any higher-tier special draw will be conducted centrally; winner selection will use an electronic randomizer.​

Multiple entries are allowed during the offer period; only one entry per valid bill is permitted, and duplicate bill numbers will be rejected.​

Winner communication will be via SMS/WhatsApp/call to the registered mobile number; inability to reach a winner or non-completion of formalities within the stipulated timeframe will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner if applicable.​

Bill and verification: Customers must retain the original printed fuel invoice corresponding to the entry and produce it on request; keeping a photocopy or clear photo image is recommended as thermal bills may fade; IOCL may verify bill authenticity with the issuing outlet.​

Prize acceptance: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or kind; unclaimed or unused prizes will be forfeited; model, color, and specifications of items are as per IOCL’s choice and subject to availability and supplier terms.​

Brand/product warranties, if any, are solely as per the manufacturer; IOCL bears no responsibility for warranty service or product defects beyond facilitating prize handover per campaign policy.​

Taxes and charges: Any statutory levies or taxes on prizes not expressly borne by IOCL under this scheme shall be payable solely by winners; winners must complete KYC, sign acknowledgments, and submit any documents required by law before prize release.​

Data and privacy: By participating, customers consent to the use of submitted information by IOCL and its authorized partners for administration of the scheme, analysis for future programs, and communication of promotional updates in accordance with applicable laws.​

Disclaimers and liability: IOCL is not liable for claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, prize acceptance, or use, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under law; misinterpretation of mechanics will not bind IOCL.​

Disputes and decisions: IOCL’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, prize allocation, modification, extension, suspension, or termination of the scheme are final and binding; queries or disputes post scheme closure will not be entertained.​

Right to modify/terminate: IOCL may alter, extend, or cancel the scheme or any part thereof without prior notice due to operational, force majeure, or regulatory reasons including natural calamities, strikes, or government actions; participants will be informed as feasible through official channels.​

Ineligible participants: IOCL employees, dealers, and their dependents are not eligible to participate; IOCL may reject any entry without assigning reasons where fraud or non-compliance is suspected.​

Jurisdiction and governing law: All disputes related to this Solapur campaign are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts within Maharashtra and shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.​

Operational notes for customers: Use the QR at the outlet, ensure accurate data entry, retain your bill, respond promptly to winner notifications, and check the campaign microsite/notice at participating outlets for draw dates and prize handover schedules during the 18 Oct–15 Nov 2025 period.
